Land holders can create fashion NFTs and monetize them, turning NFTs into assets that can generate income beyond simple ownership and use as items.
The template NFT goes through Atelier for customization, and then fashion NFTs are created.
Fashion NFT holders (creators) can stake NFTs and sell them as items in the WoY app.
The sales revenue belongs to the fashion NFT holder.
