# FARMING

Land holders can acquire [$FLT](/altava-land-eng/land-ecosystem/tava-ecosystem/usdflt.md) through **land staking** and charge resources to buildings that you have installed.

Through farming, they can obtain material NFTs and combine them to acquire template NFTs. (If there are insufficient material NFTs or template NFTs, they can be purchased from the marketplace.)

The obtained template NFTs can be sold on the marketplace or used to create fashion NFTs through **Design Lab**.

Creators can purchase lands, materials, or templates from the marketplace and customize them in **Design Lab**. Customised fashion NFTs can be sold to various virtual worlds through ALTAVA 3.0.
